PART 2 in a three-part series: Dr. Larycia Hawkins reflects on the controversy that resulted in her suspension and eventual departure from Wheaton College, a conservative evangelical college, in February 2016. She posted a picture to Facebook wearing a hijab in an effort to show "embodied solidarity" with Muslim women. The picture was accompanied by her rationale that Christians and Muslims "worship the same God."
